Watts To Water is a FREE recognition program with annual awards for Denver Metro Area OFFICE BUILDINGS, MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDINGS, MULTI-FAMILY, AND HOTELS of 5,000 square feet or more showing reductions in energy and water consumption.

Watts to Water is a first-of-its-kind program dedicated to the energy- and water-use reduction of commercial properties in the Denver metro area.
Watts to Water offers participants free sustainability training, tips and advice on how to best use Energy Star Portfolio Manager. The program educates participants about the most recent rebates and incentives for energy and water conservation.
The program is sponsored by Denver Metro BOMA and partnered with the City Energy Project, the Denver Mayor’s Office and the Environmental Protection Agency.

Watts To Water is a metro-wide sustainability program based in Denver, Colorado that is dedicated to the reduction of energy and water consumption.
All participating properties who register and share data receive complimentary tech support, no cost data review, recognition, free educational programs, access to rebates and programs, and more!
To enjoy the benefits of the Watts To Water Program, participants must do the following: register with Watts To Water; use ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager to enter and share water and energy consumption data from the most recent two calendar years.
